Kyle graduated from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) with his Bachelors of Health and Exercise Science. Here is where his love for physical activity flourished while working in the research lab, playing intramural soccer, and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He had an affinity for the biomechanics associated with sports and movement which continued into physical therapy.
Kyle worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for Strive prior to attending Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he received his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Now as a licensed Physical Therapist, he has returned to Strive and is working on completing his clinical residency in orthopedics. In the future, Kyle’s plans to complete his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, obtain a certification in the McKenzie model of mechanical diagnosis and therapy, and train in the Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization.
During his free time, Kyle enjoys exercising, enjoying the outdoors, watching movies, and trying out new restaurants.
