Justin Bernardo is the clinical director at the Washington Township location. He attended Drexel University where he completed Drexel's accelerated Doctorate in Physical Therapy program in March 2015 and also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences. While at Drexel, Justin completed a clinical rotation at Strive Physical therapy and also completed rotations at the Naval Academy and AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. He is currently certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is currently pursuing his Orthopeadic Clinical Specialist Certification following completion of a Orthopeadic Residency at Jefferson University. In his free time, Justin enjoys traveling, playing soccer, golfing, and playing music.
Tate Olson, originally from Northern, NJ, attended Arcadia University in Glenside, PA where he achieved both a Bachelors degree in Biology and graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in January 2019.
He enjoys learning about and experiencing other parts of the world. While at Arcadia he studied abroad for a semester in Barcelona, two different service trips to Mexico and China, as well as an opportunity to serve during a pro-bono trip providing free Physical Therapy services with the organization Hearts in Motion to residents in Zacapa, Guatemala. He enjoys both watching and playing sports and reminisces about his glory days on the varsity golf team at Arcadia University.
His favorite thing about being a Physical Therapist is having the opportunity to spend time with a variety of people at different times of their lives and ultimately being able to help people achieve their goals both physically and mentally.
Currently, Tate is a Certified Vestibular Specialist from the American Institute of Balance and in the future he hopes to earn his Orthopedic Specialist Certification.
(DeBiase) Wachter graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a Bachelor of
Fine Arts Degree in dance performance with an emphasis in Ballet. She was
awarded the Golden Key for excellence in her field of study and had a
successful career as a professional dancer for over 10+ years. Her favorite
credits include Tokyo Disney, 2 overseas contracts on Holland America Cruise
Line, 7 seasons performing in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular at Radio
City Music Hall and 3 years touring with The North American Tour of The Phantom
of the Opera. After retirement from "show biz", Sarah went on to
pursue her love for physical therapy. She graduated with honors from Mercer
County Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2019.
Sarah's love for movement extends throughout her work as a PTA. She is excited
to help all her patient's reach their goals and return to any activity they are
passionate about. Sarah is currently pursuing a Pilates certification from Body
Arts and Science International (BASI) and is looking forward to incorporating
her knowledge of core stability into her treatment sessions
Kelly Speers attended Penn State University for her undergraduate degree in Biobehavioral Health. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University in 2019. After obtaining her DPT, she continued at Drexel University to complete an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program. Kelly is now working towards gaining her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, running, or sitting on the beach! She also enjoys reading and watching college football! Her favorite part about being a physical therapist is connecting with people on an individual level, helping them recover from injury, illness, or managing persistent pain, and ultimately helping to achieve their personal goals.
