Ryan Campanella

Ryan graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2015 from Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology and minor in sciences with a Biology focus. In June 2018, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Thomas Jefferson University. At Thomas Jefferson, Ryan and three other clinicians directed three pro-bono clinics in the South Philadelphia region, providing care to the underserved population. Ryan also started the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist Student Special Interest Group, maintaining evidence-based research for manual techniques for the university. He received his Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) for athletes in 2018. Besides Strive, he works part-time at Lady of Lourdes in Camden as an acute care therapist. Ryan holds professional licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey; with certification in Strength and Conditioning Specialization and one course away from a Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (MDT) certification. His future pursuit is being Orthopedic Certified Specialist and LSVT Certified, for Parkinson’s disease, within the next two years. When Ryan isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling abroad , reading and a daily workout routine.
