The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and have a great interest in your wellness. I must say, I really enjoyed being a part of the Strive family for four months. My Physical Therapist Tyler was Excellent five stars for him. Tyler always made sure I was okay, doing my exercise correctly, that I remain focused and stayed motivated. Booke and Rachel was always there to encourage me through my exercise process. Strive is a phenomenal place for therapy, a great atmosphere for healing with an outstanding staff that really cares.

From the moment I walked in starting with the receptionist cilla and walking to the back where I was greeted by Lexi and Ricki my experience was awesome. The office is friendly, competent, and most of all comforting. When you have major surgery you want to feel that you are getting the right treatment for a fast recovery. But I will say that walking into the Marlton branch, I found the atmosphere to be light, friendly, and welcoming, and the secretaries to be down to earth.
To start with, I had come from a traumatic experience with a different physician and begged to at least be referred to a PT. At first, Valerie did not know that I suffered from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, as well as several other rare diseases, and yet by what can only be described as an act of God, I was paired up with the one employee who has EDS!
We were both floored when we found out. If you are reading this, and you have a chronic illness, you can appreciate what a blessing it is to have a medical professional who personally understands what you are going through! Rather than shutting me down the moment I tried to share my own unique experiences and needs, she ASKED ME if I wanted to spend our first visit discussing my chronic illnesses and how a personalized plan could specifically help me.
She is one of the ONLY doctors who has been willing to listen and not just talk at me or plow ahead with treatment. It honestly made me want to cry… It was that powerful of an experience. Her willingness to share from her own health journey and her personal research opened my eyes to a number of things I hadn’t considered. That kind of knowledge is priceless.
One thing that really impressed me, was her ability to willingly admit when she didn’t fully understand a topic, or know the answer to a question I had. Crucially, she always framed this admission with an eagerness to reach out to others in the medical community who may better understand or have answers that she didn't. In my experience, this is going the extra mile. It’s the difference between wishing a patient with a complicated case well, and actually moving toward getting them the help that they need.
In a few words, Valerie is knowledgeable, compassionate, and driven. For anyone who is a “tough case,” especially anyone with EDS, I can’t recommend Valerie enough. She is a GEM!!! read less

All of the staff is friendly and inviting and my physical therapist is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with my health insurance or scheduling an appointment, plus the office is right around the corner! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for physical therapy! read less

Currently recovering from a foot injury and thankfully seeing good results after working with Jessica Katz. It is a true pleasure to work with Jessica because of her knowledge and caring assistance every step of the way. She is a good listener and an effective communicator.
The staff and the people who come here are always friendly and it really gives a boost of positive energy that lasts throughout the day. The location is also great. Love walking around the area after my visits. (The music is great too, which is just a fantastic bonus.)
