Laura K. Johnson grew up in South Jersey where she graduated from Shawnee High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Messiah College in 2008. Her Doctorate in Physical Therapy was completed at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in conjunction with Rutgers University Camden in 2011. Laura enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic disorders, specifically the adolescent athletic population. Laura is ART certified in treatment for the Upper extremity. She is currently working on further continuing education for treatment of upper extremity disorders and is hoping to become a Certified Hand Therapist in the next few years. She is pursuing her McKenzie certification for spinal disorders and has completed parts A and B. She has also completed Maitland MT-1 for joint mobilizations of extremities. When not working in the clinic Laura enjoys snowboarding, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.
